1) Added a Cron function to check and update the payment status from Click PayMark.
2) It runs every 5 minutes and fetches the last 24 hours records from the Click Paymark server and updates the real status of the payment in corresponding orders.
3) If for any reason payment is declined later on by the Click Paymark server then it will also be updated in the WooCommerce system by this Cron function.   
4) Made the compatibility with the latest version of WP V 5.7.2 and WC V 5.3.0.
